Disability insurance provides income replacement, for a defined period of time, when an eligible employee is unable to work due to a disability.

Short Term Disability provides income to you in the event that a qualifying disability or sickness causes you to be absent from work.  This benefit is designed to replace your income while you are absent from work.

The benefit provides 100% of weekly earnings for the first 4 weeks. Thens 60% of weekly earnings (up to $1,200) for the remainder of the approved disability duration.

Long-Term Disability is Intended to protect your income for a long duration after you have depleted short-term disability. The benefit provides 60% of your monthly salary up to $7,500 per month to eligible employees.

Paid leave is provided to all regular full-time and part-time employees. Various types of time away can be used for relaxation, illness, family concerns, jury duty, bereavement, or other personal needs. The amount of paid leave that you are eligible for is based upon various factors, such as length of service, job type, and hours worked per week.
